Diamond grinding disc for microcement and concrete
Professional diamond grinding disc for dry grinding of microcement, concrete screeds, concrete and other mineral surfaces. Available in several diameters and grit sizes to suit the required grinding intensity.
High grinding performance and long service life when processing hard mineral materials.
Options #30, #50 and #100 allow selection of the appropriate grinding intensity from aggressive material removal to finer surface finishing.
Indicative service life of one disc under standard use. Actual durability depends on surface hardness and grinding method.
Diamond grinding of microcement and concrete screeds
Diamond grinding discs are designed for dry grinding of microcement, concrete screeds, concrete, stone and other mineral surfaces.
Diamond abrasives allow effective processing of hard materials and are suitable both for surface levelling and removal of unevenness, as well as for finer intermediate grinding of individual layers.
Discs are available in diameters 125 mm and 150 mm and in three grit sizes #30, #50 and #100. The appropriate option can be selected according to the grinder used, area size and desired result.
Under normal use, the typical service life of one disc is approximately 70–100 m². The actual durability depends primarily on the hardness of the material being ground, pressure applied, selected grit size and overall working method.

Technical information
Which grit size to choose?
For more aggressive material removal, levelling larger unevenness and rapid surface preparation.
For general grinding of microcement and concrete screeds and removal of smaller unevenness.
For finer surface finishing and preparation before the next layer or final surface treatment.
Diameter 125 or 150 mm?
Both diameters use the same diamond grinding principle. The choice mainly depends on the tool used and the size of the surface to be worked on.
More compact option suitable for smaller grinders, smaller areas, walls and locations where good manoeuvrability is important.
Larger working area suitable for more efficient grinding of larger walls, floors and continuous surfaces.
Both diameters are available in grit sizes #30, #50 and #100, so a continuous grinding process can be established.
