OCAI Silver Lisse · microcement trowel · widths 12 to 120 cm
Professional flexible trowel for applying and smoothing microcement on walls and floors. The thin stainless steel blade with rounded corners adapts to the surface, limits visible edge marks and facilitates creating an even hand-drawn texture.
Professional tools
The Silver Lisse design is created for smooth spreading of thin-layer materials. The flexible blade follows the surface and the rounded edges reduce the risk of sharp scratches, unwanted ridges and noticeable transitions between strokes.
The tempered stainless steel blade, 0.3 mm thick, applies even pressure and adapts well to the surface.
Rounded edges limit material build-up and sharp marks that would require sanding afterwards.
From 12 cm for details up to 120 cm for fast processing of large walls and floors.
Usage in application
The Silver Lisse trowel can be used for applying both base and finishing layers of microcement. Its greatest benefit is on smooth, continuous surfaces where it allows covering a larger area with a single stroke.
10 sizes available
Smaller trowels are suitable for corners, reveals and detailed areas. Wider versions speed up application on long walls, floors and other open surfaces.

Basic working procedure
The resulting microcement texture depends on the amount of material, trowel angle, pressure and stroke direction. We recommend testing the tool on a sample or small trial area before application.
Use a smaller trowel for intricate areas. On large flat walls and floors, use a wider version.
Spread microcement evenly over the working area, avoiding unnecessarily thick layers on the surface.
Work at a slight angle and maintain consistent pressure. Excessive pressure may remove too much material.
Overlap strokes before edges dry to avoid visible seams.
Dried particles on the blade can cause scratches. Check and wipe the blade frequently during work.
Tool-free
1. Open the upper part of the handle. Pressure holding the stainless steel blade releases.
2. Remove the old blade and insert the new one. Check the blade is straight and properly seated along its entire length.
3. Close the handle and secure the blade. Ensure it is firmly fixed before use.
Work without scaffolding or bending
Using the OCAI 0902 adapter, the trowel can be attached to the Expert 405431 telescopic pole. This solution facilitates working on high walls, ceilings and large floor areas.
Tool care
Even a small dried particle can cause a visible scratch on the next stroke. Clean the trowel immediately after use and regularly check the blade edge during application.
Do not allow microcement to cure on the blade or inside the holder area.
The thin flexible blade is not designed for removing hardened material or rough unevenness.
Store the trowel so the blade is not bent and does not contact sharp or abrasive objects.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. The flexible stainless steel blade allows applying and smoothing thin microcement layers on walls and floors.
For general manual use, we recommend widths around 30 to 50 cm. Smaller sizes are suited for detail work, while widths of 60 cm and above are intended for large flat surfaces.
Not in all cases. Silver Lisse is excellent for quickly spreading and smoothing larger areas. A traditional trowel offers more precise control in corners, details and when creating specific hand textures.
Rounded corners reduce the risk of the tool edge creating a sharp scratch or visible transition in fresh microcement.
Yes. The handle opens, a new blade is inserted into the holder and secured by closing the handle. No tools are required for replacement.
Yes. A separate adapter 0902 is required to connect to the OCAI Expert 405431 telescopic pole.
Widths from 80 to 120 cm require even pressure along the entire length and more experience. For initial applications, sizes 30 to 50 cm are more practical.
Keep the blade perfectly clean, work smoothly and regularly check that no dried material particles remain on the edge.
