Labour cost cannot be fairly determined by m² alone. The price depends on the substrate condition, complexity of details, number of layers, location, desired finish and protection of surrounding areas. A simple wall and a shower enclosure with a trench drain are entirely different jobs. For a more precise quotation, it is best to send photos, measurements and a description of the substrate.
